Delete your Fuzzball account & data

You can ask us to delete your Fuzzball account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

Email help@fuzzball.club from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your app profile: cat name, birthday, and uploaded cat photos.
• Your saved notification/device tokens.
• Your login records.

What may be retained

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first (in the app or your account portal). Order, billing, and delivery records held by our providers (e.g. Recharge, Shopify) may be retained where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
