Fuzzball Privacy Policy

Fuzzball is operated by Furball Pets Limited (company no. 12794595). This policy explains what personal data the Fuzzball app collects, why, and your rights over it. Questions: help@fuzzball.club.

What we collect

• Account & contact: your email address, name, and phone number.
• Delivery: your shipping address.
• Your cat: the cat name, birthday, and any photos you choose to add to your album.
• Subscription & orders: your box contents, delivery schedule, order history, and reward/credit balance.
• Device: a push-notification token and device type, if you enable notifications.

We do not collect or store your payment card details in the app — card changes are handled on a secure hosted payment page provided by our payment processor.

How we use it

• To sign you in (a one-time code sent to your email) and run your subscription.
• To pack, deliver, and let you track your boxes.
• To send you delivery, rewards, and (if you opt in) offer notifications.
• To provide support.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with the service providers that make the app work, acting on our instructions:

• Recharge — subscriptions, billing, and order management.
• Shopify — product catalogue and order fulfilment / delivery tracking.
• Cloudinary — hosting the cat photos you upload.
• Klaviyo — email and push notifications.
• Postmark — sending your login codes.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Order and billing records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing help@fuzzball.club. See our account deletion page for how to delete your account and data.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted to what's needed to run the service. Sensitive actions in the app can be protected by your device's biometrics.

Children

The Fuzzball app is intended for adults purchasing pet products and is not directed at children.

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
